Residential HVAC Technician Deanna Nesbit & Associates Brookville, OH 45309 $28 - $40 an hour $28 - $40 an hour A well-established HVAC company in the Dayton, OH area is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys troubleshooting, and values strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Perform drain cleaning and address related service issues Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system issues, repair options, and recommendations Participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs after hours Mentor and support HVAC apprentices, helping develop their technical skills and professionalism Complete service documentation in an accurate and timely manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Uphold company standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service Qualifications Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC troubleshooting experience Hands-on experience with drain cleaning and related service work Willingness to participate in on-call rotations Interest in mentoring and training apprentices Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls What You'll Love About This Role This position offers long-term stability with a company that values experienced technicians.
