• Direct Placement Responsibilities Maintain and ensure the HVAC systems are operational within the facility.

Perform a balanced mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on rooftop units, boilers, chillers, freezers, and building automation systems. Troubleshoot and repair Building Automation Systems components, including sensors, actuators, and user interfaces. Respond to open work orders and generated tickets for reactive maintenance needs. Order necessary parts as required for maintenance and repairs. Essential Skills At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in a commercial or industrial setting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. Experience performing repairs on commercial rooftop HVAC units for at least 5 years. At least 5 years of experience in preventative and reactive maintenance on chillers and boilers. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of plumbing experience is a plus. 1+ year experience with building automation systems is a plus. EPA 608 Certification is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Join a team of 20 Maintenance Technicians, Grounds Keepers, and HVAC Technicians, including 4 dedicated HVAC Techs. Work across 75 well-maintained buildings, including offices, large classrooms, and dorms, most of which are 15 to 25 years old. The facility has little deferred maintenance, offering a stable and efficient work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cedarville, OH.
