- Full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps) Perform seasonal maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Communicate clearly with homeowners about repairs and recommendations Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes Complete service reports and documentation accurately Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred (Not Required) NATE certification Experience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC systems Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle (if applicable) Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
