The Big Task As an HVAC Diagnostic Service Technician, you will specialize in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and repair-focused service in residential homes. Your primary mission is to accurately identify system issues, restore equipment performance, and deliver expert-level service that customers can trust. Key Sub Tasks Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment Perform troubleshooting using technical knowledge, system readings, and testing tools Complete maintenance and corrective repairs to maximize equipment performance and longevity Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers in a professional, educational manner Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, materials used, and system performance data

Desired Skills and Experience:

If you have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and enjoy working directly with customers, you'll thrive as an HVAC Diagnostic Service Technician. You should have experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, knowledge of safety and code compliance, and the ability to manage time efficiently in the field.
