  • Your Role:
  • As a Maintenance Consultant, you'll be at the heart of solving critical challenges, supporting operations, inspections, and maintenance processes. Your expertise will help optimize mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment systems, making a tangible impact on our clients' facilities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair building systems and equipment, including HVAC/R systems, lighting, and kitchen equipment.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, painting, and locksmith work.
  • Collaborate with Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians to deliver exceptional service.
  • Be prepared for after-hours emergencies, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly.
  • What We Seek:
  • A valid state driver's license and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Self-motivated individuals who thrive independently and in team settings.
  • Technical training and a minimum of one year of experience in building maintenance are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
