Job Description

Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) - Apartment Community Columbus, OH We are hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Columbus. This role requires someone who is not only skilled, but reliable, honest, and willing to work hard every day. If you take pride in your work and want to play a key role in the success of a property, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Complete daily work orders and service requests efficiently and correctly Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Perform unit turns, ensuring apartments are move-in ready Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and general maintenance Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept grounds and common areas Respond to emergency maintenance calls ( on-call rotation required )
What You Bring:
3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (required) HVAC certification (required) Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills Must have own tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and stay organized
