HVAC Installer

Eco is hiring an experienced HVAC Install Technician that will be part of a team that's building a more comfortable and energy-efficient future! In this role, you'll work alongside your team lead to complete residential HVAC installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards; ensuring every customer enjoys a consistent, outstanding experience! What We're Looking For Complete all HVAC installations efficiently. Partner with your Lead Installer to meet and exceed key performance goals. Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and correctly. Bring and properly use the necessary tools to perform each job to the highest standard. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and company vehicle, leaving them better than you found them. Present a professional appearance and provide knowledgeable service to encourage referrals and repeat business. Actively participate in all training sessions, team meetings, and company events to stay current with skills and procedures. Train and mentor apprentices, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe repairs and installations. Stay informed about the company mission, policies, guarantees, and service standards. Perform physically demanding tasks without restriction, in various weather and environmental elements. Build strong customer relationships by providing the right products, services, and guidance. What You'll Bring Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/Technician 2-4 years experience required. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent teamwork skills; a self-starter who's dependable, adaptable, and positive. Strong communication skills and comfort using iPads or mobile software. A drive to succeed individually while contributing to the team's success. Commitment to safety, quality, and a job done right the first time. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear. Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE. Able to communicate effectively in English. Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
