Job Description Perform preventive maintenance procedures for all HVAC equipment, including, but not limited to, changing of filters, cleaning condenser and evaporator coils, safety control verification, heat exchanger integrity inspections as well as logging equipment operating parameters. Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of heating and air conditioning systems. Repair, replace, or calibrate thermostats and switches. May assist in the installation of new heating and air conditioning systems and components and relocate and expand existing HVAC systems as needed. Connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, and humidity controls according to wiring schematics. Receive and complete work orders and maintain accurate records on material and labor usage on jobs through electronic hand held devices. Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials including maintaining refrigerant usage records to meet federal requirements. Respond to emergency calls as needed. Requirements High school or equivalent Commercial HVAC experience: 10+ years Clear and valid driver's license EPA Certification Texas HVAC Technician Registration HVAC Trade School degree and OSHA 10 Hour training are a plus Back Flow License a plus Benefits Vacation Paid Holidays Career Advancement & Training Opportunities Technician tool account Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401
