- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults within mechanical systems. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and ensure proper operation of associated components. Maintain compliance with EPA regulations by handling refrigerants responsibly and performing necessary certifications. Diagnose mechanical system failures and execute repairs or replacements efficiently to minimize downtime. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all mechanical systems operate smoothly and safely across various facilities. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems. Service technician experience with hands-on work in system installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and building automation system diagrams accurately. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, plumbing systems, electrical diagnostics, and boiler operation. Experience with equipment repair including welding skills for metal components when necessary. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications such as HVAC or appliance repair are preferred. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus for specialized environments. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills in field service settings.
