Our client, a leading organization in building engineering and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting Dayton, Ohio. Dayton, Ohio What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and enhancing energy efficiency. Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to identify and address issues proactively. Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time. Maintain a valid state driver's license and be available for call-in work as needed, performing other duties to support facility operations. What's Needed? Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems. Knowledge of system design, applications, and repair techniques for HVAC and related systems. Ability to perform inspections, record-keeping, and report on operational conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. What's in it for me?
