Your truck stays organized and stocked so you can complete flat-rate repairs on the spot. You lend a hand to a junior service technician—coaching, sharing best practices, and reinforcing high standards. What You'll Take On Deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise, efficient service and strong, clear communication Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential equipment: traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water systems, oil-fired, high-velocity, geothermal, ductless, and more Use specialized diagnostic tools to solve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges Keep required truck inventory organized to complete all flat-rate repairs Educate homeowners on ways to improve comfort, air & water quality, efficiency, and safety Support the growth of junior service technicians Follow all AHHS systems and administrative procedures related to the service department Utilize Service Titan platform What Helps You Succeed 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred EPA Universal Certification Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes Proficiency across all core HVAC functions Valid driver's license
