HVAC Maintenance Technician 330 Trumbull Avenue, Girard, OH 44420 $16.65 - $25.02 an hour - Full-time $16.65 - $25.02 an hour - Full-time Wm. Price Heating & Cooling has an immediate opening for an HVAC Maintenance Technician. Wm. Price Heating & Cooling in Girard, Ohio, has been in business for 89 years, and we are still growing! Ideal candidates will have an understanding of HVAC systems and controls and a desire to learn the trade. We require a clean driving record with a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Our Maintenance Technicians will perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including natural gas and propane furnaces, oil furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, geothermal systems, zoned systems, light commercial packaged heating and cooling systems. Our Maintenance Technicians will not have an on-call rotation. All invoicing and documentation will be performed through company-provided smartphones. In any area where a maintenance technician may be lacking, we will pay for and provide the necessary education and training to bring the technician up to speed. We also provide a company vehicle, uniforms, and a smartphone. This is a full-time union position with a full benefit package including medical coverage, pension, annuity, medical savings, paid vacations, paid holidays, and more.
