What You'll Do:

Service & maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps) Diagnose & troubleshoot issues , provide solutions, and communicate with customers Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians

What You Bring:
