HVAC Service Technician

Description Shafer Heating & Cooling, LLC has been serving homeowners since 1985, and as we continue to grow, we're seeking full-time team members to join us. The primary duties of an HVAC Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.

Pay Range:
