Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced installers to help our company grow and provide top-notch customer experience. The ideal person would have experience with installing residential forced air heating and cooling equipment, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, geothermal, hot water boilers, water tanks, basic fabrication and be well versed in communicating systems and their ancillary components. The HVAC Installer works diligently to keep the project running smoothly and profitably with a positive attitude, desire to exceed client expectations and desire to learn the trade. The HVAC Installer accomplishes this work leveraging each other's strengths, and using strong communication and coordinating efforts with internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment in residential properties. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation. Conduct system testing, calibration, and commissioning to verify optimal operation. Perform installs on residential HVAC equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency. Utilize tools to diagnose electrical issues or mechanical faults. Requirments:
Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or installer within residential settings. Experience reading schematics and understanding HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems. Skilled in general mechanical troubleshooting. Must have a friendly personality, and able to communicate well with others Must have a sense of urgency and responsibility to the customers' needs Capability to lift to 50 lbs
CFC / EPA
