Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team. You will perform necessary work to keep HVAC, Kitchen equipment, Refrigeration, and structure of an establishment in repair. Knowledge and experience in repair and installation of commercial food service equipment including commercial refrigeration required. Basic knowledge of several skills, such as, carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing. Must be able to work alone without immediate supervision. The Restaurant Maintenance Technician must have the ability to diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to restaurant equipment, as required. They will need to be able to provide emergency unscheduled repairs of restaurant equipment during hours of operation and per scheduled maintenance repairs of the restaurant equipment during non-peak hours, as appropriate. This position services locations in Marion, Marysville, Bellefontaine, Bucyrus, Lima, Piqua, and Urbana.
