$34/hr What's the Job? Maintain and repair refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and water systems throughout the facility Monitor, operate, and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment, and related systems Perform preventive maintenance on critical building systems to ensure optimal performance Conduct routine inspections, record system readings, and analyze operational data to identify issues Complete work orders, document repairs, and track activities accurately in the CMMS system What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent, with trade schooling or college coursework in related fields Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC or refrigeration trades EPA 608 Certification is required Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude What's in it for me?
