What You'll Do As an HVAC Service Technician in our Service Division , you will play a vital role in keeping our commercial and industrial clients comfortable and operational by: Performing preventive maintenance and diagnostic service on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Responding to service calls and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC issues efficiently and effectively. Completing repair work on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more. Ensuring systems are operating at peak performance through detailed testing, adjustments, and performance analysis. Communicating clearly with clients about system issues, repair options, and recommended solutions. Documenting all service activities, materials used, and system conditions in a professional and timely manner. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and company vehicle, while adhering to all safety protocols and company standards. Supporting long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Qualifications Experience:

8-10 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Certifications:

EPA Universal Certification. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Must be able to work on chillers and boilers Additional Skills Desired Familiarity with maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Completion of trade/vocational school or equivalent on-the-job training.
