HVAC INSTALLER/TECHNICIAN

Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning in Newton Falls, OH was established in 1934 and has proudly been serving the area for 91 years. We are a growing company with a vision and we are currently accepting applications for HVAC installers, technicians and sheet metal fabricators. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience. Looking for individuals who have experience with forced air heating and cooling systems, boilers, geothermal, heat pumps, mini splits, water tanks, and rooftop units. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: installations, repair and trouble-shooting, ductwork installation and fabrication, as well as preventative maintenance. Candidates must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license. New company vehicle to be provided after probationary period. Must be familiar with using dispatch software. It is imperative that candidates be punctual and professional. 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Minimal on-call schedule. Up to $40/hour based on experience and skill set. Paid holidays. Health insurance fully paid by employer. 2 weeks paid vacation after probationary period. $2500.00-$10,000.00 sign on bonus, based on experience and after satisfactory probationary period.
