As we grow, we're looking for skilled HVAC Installers to join our crew and continue upholding the standard of excellence our customers depend on.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our field team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial properties. You will work directly with homeowners and small business clients to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards — leaving every customer comfortable and satisfied.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install new HVAC systems in single-family homes, residential properties, and light commercial buildings, including furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioners, packaged units, ductwork, and ventilation equipment Read and interpret residential and light commercial blueprints, load calculations, and equipment manuals to ensure accurate system sizing and installation Connect electrical components, refrigerant lines, and ductwork in accordance with residentialand light commercial building codes and manufacturer specifications Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation after installation Identify and resolve installation issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment — treating every homeowner's property with respect Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain work performed, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction Complete accurate job documentation including installation reports, warranty registrations, and material usage logs Stay current with residential HVAC codes, energy efficiency standards, and new equipment technologies Work collaboratively with project coordinators and other installers on multi-system or new construction residential jobs
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in residential and/or lightcommercial settings EPA Section 608 Certification required (universal preferred) Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioning, packaged units, and ductwork Familiarity with residential and light commercial building codes and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints, load calculations, and wiring schematics Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops common in residential installations Strong customer service skills — comfortable working in occupied homes and interacting directly with homeowners Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional attitude NATE certification or equivalent is a plus
