Job Description

HVAC Installer We're seeking a well-rounded and experienced HVAC installer. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be familiar with both new construction and retrofit installations. We do a little commercial and residential so it would be best if you have some experience with both. We offer very competitive base pay depending upon experience! We are a small company that will not treat you like a number. As a result we are able to be understanding and flexible. As an employee, you can expect us to provide a van and fuel card immediately (dependent on skills and driving record, there is a background check). Medical benefits will be available after your first 90 days as well (also negotiable). If you have the right attitude and at least 2 years of experience please apply. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to execute installations accurately. Conduct routine inspections and service calls to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues. Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs. Adhere to safety standards and regulations while handling refrigerants and other materials. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems. There may be on call service opportunities to earn additional income. We do pay a generous commission for employee provided leads whether working as a service technician or installer capacity.
