What You'll Do:

VRF/VRV installation, maintenance, and repair

• factory trained on Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc. Service & maintain HVAC systems
• chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps Diagnose & troubleshoot issues
• provide solutions, and communicate with customers Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians

What You Bring:

✅ 5-7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience ✅ Strong understanding of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Variable Refrigerant Volume HVAC systems ✅ Universal EPA Certification ✅ Leadership skills & a team-first mindset Ready to make a real impact with high-profile clients?
