ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs advanced service and troubleshooting on complex HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and other commercial equipment Leading critical diagnostics and performance optimization Leads troubleshooting on critical equipment failures Performs advanced mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and system optimization on complex HVAC equipment Supports technical decision making and serves as a resource on complex system issues Keeps detailed records for compliance and system history

Physical Requirements:
You'll be performing hands-on work and repairs, which will include: Getting up on rooftops (via ladder) to access HVAC equipment.
Loading and unloading tools and equipment from your work van.
Lifting up to 75 lbs on occasion, and up to 25 lbs overhead.
Climbing ladders and extending reach overhead as part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications:
10+ years of HVAC technician experience
Extensive experience servicing chillers, boilers, RTUs, and large commercial split systems
Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration theory and sequence of operations for complex mechanical systems
Proven track record of independently leading critical diagnostics and major repairs
Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed records for system history and regulatory compliance Gardiner is committed to creating an accessible application process.
