What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related components. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate recommendations and pricing for repairs and replacement options. Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a clear and honest manner. Mentor and assist junior technicians and installers, helping develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and mechanical equipment. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. EPA certification and other industry licenses/certifications are a plus. Leadership experience or a desire to mentor less experienced technicians is highly valued.
