Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will make a tangible difference every day. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment following schematics and HVAC design plans Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure peak performance Ensure compliance with safety standards Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports documenting system status and repairs performed Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC installation or maintenance roles with a solid mechanical background Hands-on experience with equipment repair techniques including welding and boiler servicing Valid driver's license Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments This paid position offers commission and continuous learning opportunities.
