Job Description
An established and growing corporate maintenance and service organization is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We provide year-round work and the opportunity to become part of a company that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. If you take pride in solving problems, performing quality repairs, and treating customers with respect, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections. Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. Explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally. Complete electronic work orders and service documentation. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory. Follow all safety procedures and company standards.. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred. EPA Universal Certification required. NATE Certification preferred but not required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
