• Full-time About the Role We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HVAC systems — including installation, maintenance, and repair — and excels at delivering exceptional customer service. This is a salaried position with significant earning potential through commission and performance bonuses. Our Perrysburg, OH office is located at 28400 Cedar Park Blvd, Perrysburg, OH 43551. Candidates should be prepared to transition to on-site or field-based work as the role evolves. Workweeks range from 40-60 hours and include an on-call rotation (Monday-Sunday). A company vehicle is provided. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R equipment Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, and fans Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on larger projects Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally Generate sales opportunities during service calls (commission eligible) Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience (Required) Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar service role Experience diagnosing units and running service calls Strong mechanical skills with a focus on HVAC systems Familiarity with refrigerant handling and recovery processes Proficient welding techniques for equipment repair Experience designing and building custom HVAC solutions is a plus Valid driver's license required Willingness to complete any required certifications or training Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset

Compensation & Schedule Base Salary:

$65,000

• $100,000 per year (salaried)

Commission:

Earned on installations and sales generated during service calls
