This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure optimal indoor climate conditions. As an HVAC Technician, you will be instrumental in providing reliable heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related mechanical services that keep our clients comfortable and operations running smoothly. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will drive success in this fast-paced field. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems across commercial and residential properties. Read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting, drainage, and water supply connections. Conduct field service visits to assess system performance, perform routine maintenance, and resolve customer-reported issues promptly. Utilize testing tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical components' resistance and ensure system integrity. Repair or replace mechanical components including motors, compressors, fans, and other equipment using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs for compliance and future reference. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems repair and maintenance. Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration systems for system installation or repair. Hands-on experience with appliance repair, boiler operation, and property maintenance tasks. Familiarity with HVAC/R (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) standards and safety protocols. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively in troubleshooting electrical issues. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines. Knowledge of HVAC design principles combined with mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance tasks involving complex systems like air conditioning units or mechanical ventilation setups.
