Role:
Tom Schaefer Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Willoughby, OH . This position is intended for a seasoned professional who can independently diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems while representing the company at the highest technical and customer-service level.Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems Install furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and related equipment Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system conditions, options, and recommendations Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately and on time Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and local/state codesRequired Qualifications:
