HVAC Helper

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. The apprentice will work directly under an experienced journeyman, gaining hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist journeyman technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Learn to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals Help troubleshoot system issues and support repair work Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment Transport materials and ensure job sites are properly stocked Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Participate in on-the-job training and actively develop trade skills

Qualifications:

Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the HVAC field Basic set of hand tools required Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to take direction and learn from a journeyman technician Good work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions
