• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across various properties, ensuring optimal indoor air quality and climate control. Your expertise will help create comfortable environments for our clients and maintain the integrity of mechanical systems through proactive service and troubleshooting. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure system functionality Repair or replace mechanical parts using welding techniques or equipment repair skills as needed Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed to ensure compliance with safety standards Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar mechanical maintenance role with construction or property maintenance background Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, schematics, and refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/R systems Mechanical knowledge related to appliances repair, boiler operation, plumbing, welding, and general equipment maintenance Field service experience with a focus on property management or commercial facilities preferred Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively in troubleshooting electrical issues Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving drivers is advantageous Familiarity with mechanical components like pumps, fans, compressors, and valves; experience with welding is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in property maintenance and mechanical services.
