HVAC Technician $28-$34/hr Job Description Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and related equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; document findings and corrective actions. Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS). Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory of parts and tools. Assist with major repairs and collaborate with other maintenance staff. Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, including proper use of PPE. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. At least two years of recent/relevant HVAC experience in a facility and/or utility maintenance environment. EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification. Valid driver's license. Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems. Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Formal or vocational training with the ability to perform the assigned duties. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Why Work Here?
