About Us We are a family-owned and operated company providing high-quality HVAC services for residential and commercial projects. Our HVAC Dept is growing, and we're looking for an Experienced Journeyman Installer to join our team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and want to work with a company that values your skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Run installation crew for residential and commercial customers. Help other technicians & offer assistance and technical advice to the other field technicians. Ensure all work meets current codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Collaborate with other trades and construction teams as needed on job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work site and vehicle. Requirements Willingness to work outside and in all weather conditions Ability to work within a team environment. Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Min 5 years of technical field experience required. Min 3 year Journeyman card.
