Job Description
Lead a Team That Takes Pride in Doing Things the Right Way Integrity Plumbing, Heating, AC & Electrical is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our residential installation department. This is an opportunity for a proven leader to build a high-performing team, develop technicians, improve processes, and drive operational excellence. Position Summary The HVAC Installation Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the HVAC installation department. This includes leading installation technicians, managing daily operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently, maintaining profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coach, mentor, hold team members accountable, and continuously improve department performance. Responsibilities Lead and manage all residential HVAC installation operations. Recruit, hire, train, and develop installation technicians. Conduct ride-alongs, quality inspections, and performance coaching. Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local code requirements. Manage installation schedules and coordinate with dispatch, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams. Monitor department KPIs, including revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, callbacks, installation completion rates, and customer satisfaction. Review completed jobs for quality, profitability, and accuracy. Resolve installation issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory accountability and proper equipment management. Create and maintain installation processes and standard operating procedures. Conduct regular team meetings, safety meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Foster a culture built on accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience. At least 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and indoor air quality products. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. EPA Certification required. NATE Certification is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
