What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical HVAC components. Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and emergency repairs. Present repair and replacement options based on the homeowner's needs. Educate customers on system performance, indoor air quality, and our maintenance membership program. Deliver outstanding customer service on every call. Utilize Service Titan to document work, create estimates, and communicate with customers. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance. Follow all company safety standards and local HVAC codes. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience. EPA Certification (Required). NATE Certification is a plus. Experience using Service Titan is preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to build trust and provide solution-based recommendations. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Expected earnings of $75,000-$150,000+ annually . Paid training and onboarding.
