HVAC InstallerJoin the Torch Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Team Torch Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Seasonal HVAC Installer to help support our growing workload during the busy cooling and heating season. We are looking for dependable, skilled installers who take pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Pay $25 - $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Install residential air conditioning systems and furnaces Install and modify ductwork systems Install furnace venting and related components Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment Follow manufacturer specifications and local code requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Communicate effectively with customers and team members Deliver a positive customer experience and represent the company professionally Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience required Experience installing air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, and venting systems HVAC Journeyman License preferred EPA Certification preferred Must possess and provide your own HVAC hand tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Must be a team player who works well with others Must have strong customer service skills and maintain positive client relationships Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additional Requirements Must pass a background check Must provide professional references Must be authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities during peak season Consistent workload throughout the season Family-owned and locally operated company Opportunity for permanent employment for top performers If you're an experienced HVAC installer looking for steady work with a reputable company and enjoy working as part of a team while providing exceptional service to customers, we'd like to hear from you.
