$20.00•28.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed)

Non-Exempt About the Role We are looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice Installer to join our Residential New Construction team. This is an entry-to-mid level role ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow technical skills, and eventually advance to a Lead Installer position. You will work on residential HVAC installations as part of a skilled team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to learn from experienced installers while contributing to our team's success. What You'll Do Assist in installing residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and equipment Measure, cut, seal, and connect ductwork accurately Prepare job sites, stage materials, and protect customer homes Learn proper installation techniques for furnaces, air handlers, ACs, heat pumps, and venting systems Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times Complete timecards, job documentation, and material requests accurately Work collaboratively with team members and support apprenticeships and mentorship opportunities Provide a professional, positive experience for customers, builders, and inspectors What We're Looking For 1+ year HVAC installation experience (2+ preferred) High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to follow directions, report consistently, and work safely Willingness to participate in training programs, including NATE certification Basic math, blueprint reading, and hand/power tool skills Ability to lift and maneuver materials (up to 75 lbs with assistance) and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Preferred:
