Job Summary:

Residential HVAC Installer ' Now Hiring We are seeking experienced and motivated Residential HVAC Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment Install and modify ductwork as needed Read blueprints, schematics, and installation layouts Perform start-ups, system testing, and basic troubleshooting Ensure installations meet local code requirements and manufacturer specifications Safely use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and HVAC equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and team members Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous residential HVAC installation experience required EPA Certification preferred Ability to read gauges and understand HVAC system operations Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

Preferred Experience:

New construction HVAC installation Retrofit/change-out projects Sheet metal fabrication and duct installation Heat pump and high-efficiency system installation
