Job Description

Overview We are actively seeking skilled HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning on residential properties. Your expertise will ensure our clients' environments operate smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.
What You'll Do:
Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems Identify maintenance risks on equipment Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience Someone who fits well in a family‑oriented, community‑focused environment An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance Bring a positive attitude and pride in your craft Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test Apply Today! Pay:
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
