401(k) 401(k) matching Company car Company parties Dental insurance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance The Installation Technician reports to the Installation Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVACR installation jobs for industrial, commercial, and residential customers. Customer-based activities require an individual possessing traits of decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgment, integrity, dependability, and the ability to communicate in a technically credible manner. Job-related contact can occur with virtually all demographic groups, with the majority of working contacts being customers, other technicians, the Installation Manager, the Estimator and the Parts Runner.

• Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment Interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and work orders to determine material requirements and installation procedures Measure and layout installation areas accurately Connect systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other components Test installed systems to ensure they function properly and make necessary adjustments Ensure all work complies with current HVAC codes and safety standards Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and on time •

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable by the company's insurance carrier Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols •

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds Comfortable working from ladders and in confined spaces Manual dexterity to manipulate tools and equipment Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Work Environment:

• Exposure to outdoor environments and extreme temperatures Occasional high levels of dust and noise On-site work at residential and commercial locations
