HVAC Service Technician - Pink Flamingo Plumbing Heating & Cooling Portland Metro Area, OR $28-$40/hr DOE + Commission Opportunities High Lead Volume + Growth Opportunity Pink Flamingo Plumbing Heating & Cooling is actively hiring an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Portland metro area. We are looking for someone who is professional, motivated, customer-focused, and capable of handling residential HVAC service calls and installations at a high level. This role will involve responding to residential service calls, maintenance appointments, repair diagnostics, and installations while using ServiceTitan for dispatching, invoicing, estimates, notes, and customer communication. • Respond to residential HVAC service calls and installations
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups
• Communicate repair options clearly with homeowners
• Build estimates and invoices through ServiceTitan
• Document work performed with notes and photos
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience Qualifications
• Residential HVAC experience preferred
• EPA certification
• Strong diagnostic abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• ServiceTitan experience is a major bonus Compensation & Benefits
