Lead Installer/Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, and mechanical systems, with the ability to lead projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capability to work effectively in various environments. The Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and services meet industry standards and customer satisfaction. Duties Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Interpret schematics and blueprints to determine installation and Service requirements. Install HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and other mechanical equipment. Perform maintenance and repairs on existing systems as needed. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide technical support. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or as a service technician Lead in HVAC. Minimun 3+ years of service experience Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Previous experience in property maintenance or field service roles is an advantage.
