In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems to ensure optimal indoor comfort and air quality. Your expertise will help clients achieve energy efficiency, safety, and reliable climate control. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals passionate about building systems and property maintenance to make a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshoot mechanical failures using tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic instruments. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and components when applicable. Braze or fabricate parts as needed for equipment repair or system modifications. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed to ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements. Skills Extensive experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or upgrades. Proven field service experience with hands-on appliance repair, refrigeration, and property maintenance tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems. Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design documents accurately. Experience operating equipment such as torches, pipe benders, and diagnostic tools like volt meters . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver is preferred for on-site mobility. Knowledge of maintenance procedures, mechanical systems repair, and diagnosis. Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues efficiently in diverse environments.
