AccuAir HeatingCooling is looking for a strong, experienced HVAC Installation Crew Leader who is ready to lead by example, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality residential and light commercial installations. Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime available as needed) What You'll Do Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects Perform complete system installations to the highest quality standards Train, mentor, and support junior installers to improve team performance Measure, fabricate, and install round and rectangular ductwork Braze and test line sets, install equipment accessories, and complete low voltage connections Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, and other trades Manage job site documentation, change orders, and ensure projects are completed on time Requirements Valid EPA Certification (Level 12) Extensive hands-on experience installing and fabricating ductwork Strong knowledge of sheet metal fittings and practices Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to safely work at heights and use hand/power tools This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented installer ready to step into a leadership role with excellent pay, a take-home vehicle, and long-term career stability at a respected local company.
