Performance Pay:

JOB DUTIES

Clean residential HVAC duct systems using professional equipment. Set up negative air machines, air whips, and vac systems. Work as a 2-man crew to complete 2-3 jobs per day. Maintain a clean, professional job site. Provide over-the-top customer service by explaining services and identifying add-on opportunities (Lead role). Follow all safety protocols and training per company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Lead Technician (1 Position): HVAC, duct cleaning, or similar field experience required. Comfortable leading a job, running the crew, and interacting directly with customers. Ability to upsell add-on services (we will train you on our specific offerings). Strong work ethic and efficiency.

Apprentice / Helper

(1 Position): Mechanically inclined. Reliable, shows up on time, and has a positive attitude. Willing to learn, take direction, and assist the Lead Technician.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & LICENSING

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Must be able to be on your feet/knees for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time. Comfortable working in residential homes and occasionally outdoors in the elements. Clean, professional appearance and good communication skills.

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
