Job Description

We are looking for a HVAC Service Technician to join our team! Breeze Easy HVAC is a fully licensed and insured HVAC company based in the Bellefonte, PA, area. We started this business from the ground up to provide unsurpassed quality and customer service. We believe in distinguishing ourselves from other HVAC companies, doing the right thing always, providing peace of mind, and preserving our customer's trust in us. We are looking for a HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! Employees earn an hourly wage and are eligible for a commissions and bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Service Technician will be included on a rotating on-call schedule, with additional compensation for on-call work. We offer paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday, medical, dental, vision, 401K, training, and incentive bonuses!

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with proficiency and attention to detail
  • Perform routine maintenance to uphold optimal efficiency, ensure system longevity, and foster reliability, offering our clients comfort and peace of mind
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing and resolving client concerns with a commitment to satisfaction
  • Demonstrate excellent working relationships with co-workers and managers

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields. strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service and communication, able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
