$25 - $35/hr plus incentives (our Installers average an extra $1500 per month in incentives!) In this role, you will be responsible for: Installing HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Designing, fabricating and installing various ducts and duct fittings as required. Receiving, verifying, and loading all equipment and materials needed for each job. Demonstrating and establishing effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors. Properly completing all paperwork required for each job. Maintaining cleanliness of assigned company vehicle. Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Mentoring an apprentice in order to aid in the growth of their skillset Performing all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner. Performing other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs. Representing Triangle in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others. We look for candidates that possess: HVAC installation experience Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to be flexible in work schedule. Valid, clean driver's License. Ability to multi-task. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of HVAC systems Hand and power tools #install1
