Role:

As an Entry-Level Laborer, you'll assist our experienced plumbing and HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in the field while developing the skills needed to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and HVAC systems. Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. Perform basic tasks such as cutting and measuring pipes, preparing fittings, and assembling parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring customer properties are respected. Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Help with system testing, clean-up, and documentation as needed. Take direction from technicians and supervisors to support efficient project completion.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (trade school experience is a plus). Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation:

Pay Rate:

$40,000-$47,000(depending on experience).
