About the Role As an HVAC Apprentice , you'll work alongside experienced service or installation technicians learning how to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems . • 22/hour 40 hours PTO Overtime opportunities available Ongoing training and certification support Long-term advancement opportunities within the company What You'll Be Doing Assist lead technicians on residential HVAC service and installation jobs Learn basic electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC troubleshooting skills Operate hand tools and power tools safely Maintain clean, organized trucks and job sites Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Complete training modules, certifications, and hands-on learning assignments Use company software systems and job documentation tools What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Comfortable using ladders, tools, and working in attics/crawl spaces Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to training, growth, and professionalism No HVAC experience required — we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
