HVAC Service Technician

About the Role As an HVAC Service Technician , you'll diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-level customer experience. You'll work independently in the field with strong operational support, modern tools, and leadership that respects skilled technicians.

Up to $55/hour + bonuses Performance incentive opportunities Company vehicle for qualified technicians Ongoing coaching and leadership support Company-provided technology and software tools Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding HVAC company What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and related equipment Communicate clearly with homeowners about repairs and recommendations Use ServiceTitan and iPads for job tracking and documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle Deliver high-quality workmanship and strong customer service Work closely with management and dispatch to ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Experience servicing gas furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Strong communication and professionalism with customers Self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality work Who We Are DiBiase Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company in Coatesville, PA, serving residential and commercial customers throughout the region.
